The Role
As part of our exciting and continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales professional to join us. You will be working with leading designers and interior professionals on bespoke furniture projects, spanning high-end residential, luxury hospitality and commercial interiors. With experience in bespoke high-end furniture and/or luxury interiors sales, you must have an established contact base of key clients and a strong portfolio of relationships within the luxury interior design and high-end property sectors. Confident in proactive sales, face to face client meetings and presentations, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities throughout London and UK market sectors, confidently achieving sales targets. This a field based remote role, with most of your work in and around London. Benefitting from our showroom in Chelsea Design Centre and workshops in Hampshire, you will use both locations to your advantage. Responsibilities:
- Generate and service new trade sales opportunities, establishing on-going relationships with key design practices to exceed sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and new clients, proactively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Set out plans and strategies to achieve goals within this role.
- Provide regular weekly sales reporting of pipelines and forecasts.
- Operate and update CRM systems with client and sales records.
- Organise client factory and trade showroom tours, studio presentations and attend network trade events.
Skills & Experience required:
- Demonstrate an excellent knowledge and experience of bespoke luxury furniture, interiors or fabrics.
- Strong background in new business and account management to exceed service levels and maintain client retention.
- Extensive knowledge of the luxury interiors market, with an established contact book and innate ability to proactively build relationships and networks in the luxury interior sectors.
- Confident and experienced in exceeding sales targets, providing clear weekly pipeline forecast reports and activity updates.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, with a passion for delivering results both individually and as part of a team.
- Extremely presentable and confident, with excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high level of numeracy and literacy in English.
- Flexible and ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent computer and administration skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
